Four exceptionally well crafted architect models. Proposed industrial facilities for olives and olive oil, cheese, charcuterie and wine.
The Company 'V. Toffoli & Figli' was founded in 1898 by Vincenzo Toffoli and was a leading company in their sector. Vincenzo was a carpenter in the families building business in the Dolomite Mountain Range in Northern Italy. In the early stages of his business the first models were utilised for educational purposes. The buisiness went on to receive recognition and prizes for the quality of their products. A vast collection of their post war to early 1970's models are exhibited. The company ceased trading in 1972.
