Recently exceptionally well reframed, pair of 19th century Neo Classical steel engravings.

One depicting an equestrian statue of a youthful Augustus Caesar from the Farnese Palace.


The other depicting an equestrian bronze statue of Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius, recovered under Pope Sixtus IV and later transported and erected in the capitol by Pope Paul III in the year 1538
